Over the past few days, the Cultural and Media Institution of Annabaa hosted a conference in Baghdad to address the necessity of the presence of Iraqi intellectuals in the country’s political arenas. This conference enjoyed the attendance of several political, economic, and media activists, who talked about the reasons that have led to the absence of intellectual and popular faces in Iraq’s policies, both foreign and domestic.
