Baghdad international Book fair concluded their 47 session with participation of more than 300 publishers from 21 Arab and foreign countries.
The fair opened its new session, which was named after the Iraqi poet Mozafar Al-Nawab, after being postponed three times during the current calendar year since it was scheduled last March.
The fair’s stalls included more than one million book covering different fields of knowledge, creativity and art.
The fair hosted tens of art, culture, media and poetry activities along with forums and symposiums of different topics. The fair was a chance for Arab and Iraqi public figures to participate in.
The fair had more than five major halls separated by aisles of rare book sellers of Al-Mutanabi Street and other notable cafes in Baghdad.
The fair management took precautionary measures to prevent coronavirus.
