The parliament Yazidi member, Mohammed Agha, demanded the position of parliament rapporteur.
Agha stated: Since the position of parliament rapporteur was given to our Christian brothers based on religious identity, we ask for the other position of the parliament rapporteur to be assigned to Yazidis.
He added: giving this position to the Yazidis would compensate for the injustice they suffered from, and an honor to their victims.
Yet, the parliament speaker has appointed the member Baidaa Khodur for the parliament rapporteur position.
